PLACE OF BIRTH - MILAN, OHIO, USA

Thomas Edison, the inventor and refiner of many objects such as electric bulbs, electric pens, phonographs, and carbon microphones, had some interesting placements in his horoscope.

First, Mars, being both the ascendant and 6th lord, along with the Moon in the 2nd house, helped him gain higher knowledge in different kinds of energy and mechanics. The Moon in Moola Nakshatra (ruled by Ketu) and Ketu in the sign of Aries in the 6th house (while its lord is in the 2nd house) indicates knowledge of electricity and earning through problem-solving. The inventive sign of Aquarius, containing the Sun, Saturn, and Venus, helped him gain prominence through his inventions.

Uranus, often associated with invention, sitting in Pisces—a sign beyond conscious awareness—helped him develop things that did not exist before. Simultaneously, its dispositor, Jupiter, in the 7th house, and Mercury in the 3rd house, aided him in conducting business through the production and distribution of goods for every household in the world. Uranus in the 5th house, aspected by Mars, further contributed to his inventions in the areas of energy and mechanics.

The relationship between Mercury and Saturn helps one develop a scientifically oriented brain, with Mercury in Capricorn being a significant factor. It's noteworthy that he is considered one of the most brilliant minds of all time, yet his mercurial signs (Gemini and Virgo) are empty. The airy signs of Libra and Aquarius, however, are filled, indicating that he received inspirations from different dimensions, which he manifested through his inventive genius. Conversely, planets placed in any mercurial sign can sometimes hold one back at a lower plane of intelligence, as also observed in Albert Einstein's horoscope, which also has both mercurial signs empty.

Here, the higher plane of intelligence is mainly judged from Aquarius and Pisces, where the presence of planets helps one attain intelligence of a very high order.

he also has some prominent yogas like Shasha Mahapurush yoga made by Saturn in Aquarius in 4th house which helped him gain fame, knowledge of chemicals and other sciences and at the same time made him extremely determined in order to achieve goals  he sat his mind to.

Ascendant lord with 9th lord helped him become fortunate with both wealth and higher knowledge.

when kendra lords are in kendra, it helps one build a hugely successful material life along with businesses and organizations that influences the society. Thomas Edison had 10th house lord Sun with 7th house lord Venus in the 4th house with 4th lord Saturn.

the kendras are considered the place of Vishnu ji where Thomas having the relations of kendra lords with each other helped him build things in life that sustain the lives of society just like the nature of Vishnu deity.
